That's why we've developed Career Hub - an innovative application that addresses the major shortcomings of the standard career pages in SAP SuccessFactors in the Recruiting module and brings a whole new level of convenience and efficiency to companies and candidates. Career Hub is a direct successor to our previous Easy Apply solution and, among other things, allows candidates without an email address to submit a response.
Speed, simplicity, connectivity
One of the biggest benefits of Career Hub is its native connection to SAP SuccessFactors and optimization of the entire user process. It minimizes the number of clicks and steps required to submit an application, thereby fundamentally speeding up the entire recruitment process. By loading content on a single page, there is no need to switch between different parts of the application - everything is clear, intuitive and accessible.
The solution also includes intelligent AI matching of candidates' CVs to the positions on offer. Candidates are then shown the recommended positions that best match their profile - greatly increasing the chances of a relevant and successful application.

Two Versions Available
Career Hub is available in two versions that allow you to adapt the solution to the size and needs of each company:
- The basic version offers career pages in accordance with the customer's graphical manual and fully preserves the functionality of the existing website in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module. In addition, it allows for the addition of new filters and fields to better manage and present open positions.
The premium version brings the possibility of individual graphic design - including creative elements, videos and other modern elements of employer branding. The design can be prepared either internally by the customer or in cooperation with an external agency. The result is a fully customized career portal that will appeal to even the most demanding candidates.
Fast implementation
Career Hub is hosted in our EU-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring a high standard of security and availability. All you need to implement is to connect SAP SuccessFactors to our solution - deployment is quick and without unnecessary administration. Subsequent maintenance and ongoing development of the application is also a matter of course.
Feedback as part of the improvement
Career Hub also offers functions for collecting feedback from users, which allows you to continuously improve recruitment processes and adapt them to the current needs of candidates. This interaction provides valuable information for further optimization and building a positive experience with your employer brand.
